DriveRightData

DriveRightData has been active since 2001 and offers its customers an extensive portfolio of information and services around vehicles, tires and wheels as an independent and internationally active data service provider. Our task for several years now is to support the international expansion through our knowledge in sales and marketing topics. In doing so, we not only develop the market entry strategies for new countries but are also actively involved in the implementation. We also actively support the analysis and implementation of new product portfolios.

Global Business Onwers Club

Since the end of 2017, the Global Business Owners Club has set itself the goal of taking the form of cooperation between company owners, partners, founders and CEOs to a new level. The philosophy is to establish long-term business friendships to enable new opportunities for collaboration between entrepreneurs. As part of the collaboration, we support GBO with strategic considerations as to how the club should evolve to add even more value to its members, as well as sales and marketing topics. Currently, we are working on how best to carry on further expansion in Germany as well as in other European countries.

VATBox

VATBox is a global provider of cloud-based technologies focussing on simplifying the time-consuming process of VAT reimbursement through intelligent, knowledge-based automation. VATBox offers companies full transparency and control over VAT from employee travel expenses and foreign AP transactions thanks to its state-of-the-art, patented technology (53 patents pending). For the DACH region, we supported VATBox in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Office Administration in day-to-day operations in order to implement their market entry strategy.

Online marketing strategy


Slim Gym Fitnovation

Since 2013, the Slim Gym Club offers its customers EMS training including personal trainer, nutrition coaching and EMS company fitness in several locations in Berlin. Our job was to develop a marketing strategy to generate more B2C leads via the online channel. We determined the strategic measures and implementation recommendations, including budget-, resource- and media planning, based on a detailed market- and competitor analysis, evaluation of the current activities and a renewed target group definition and segmentation.
